Nicky Heavisides has enquired after the whereabouts of his English teacher from the 1980’s, Mr Jordan, who is on the end of the 4th row in the early 1990’s staff photo.

Mr (Tony) Jordan was certainly there through my time at the school, 1995-2001, although I believe he left shortly after this. He was an excellent teacher.
He was great to have, especially after Mrs Miller left
I didn’t like BS and I can’t help you find Mr Jordan but he was the closest thing I had to a father figure during my A-Levels.
I never thanked him for it and I doubt I will ever get the chance.
He deserves a bit more than an obscure comment left on a website he will never read.
He was a priest at the RC Church on the corner of East Way and Charminster Road. You could always ask there.
The church, St Francis of Assisi, was and is Anglican.
